In order to meet the maintenance and service needs of the property, our management team has the benefit of an in-house facilities technician with extensive knowledge and experience in facilities management. Should any item exceed the boundaries of our technician, our management team solicits and manages service contracts through third party vendors and contractors. Our goal is to receive quality service from knowledgeable, professional vendors and get the best value for the services rendered. We also require proof of adequate insurance coverage and any necessary licensures from our contractors to reduce owner and asset liability.
